The annual GWish Art of Presence Retreat offers a sacred space for you to contemplate your own spirituality and deepen your commitment to your call to serve. This retreat is designed for health care practitioners—doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, chaplains—as well as other professionals open to deepening their spiritual lives. All seekers are welcome, regardless of faith, belief system, or culture.
Clinicians and medical practitioners (physicians, RNs, NPs, PAs, Chaplains, social workers, psychologists, caregivers, and others involved in clinical practice and education).
Ability to relieve stress as a health care professional or caregiver. Ability to understand and renew call that brought health care professionals to service. Ability to understand prayer as a spiritual practice and its role in professional development Ability to recognize different methods for reducing stress.
