You are cordially invited to attend the opening session of GW University Department of Physician Assistant Studies Clinical Public Health Summit. The purpose of the clinical public health summit is to provide an active learning experience for a diverse group of stakeholders in the health care community to work together to address a major population health issue.

Target Audience

Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and other health care professions. GW faculty and clinical adjunct faculty. GW PA students.

  • Appreciate the patient experience related to issues of obesity.
  • Apply biopsychosocial concepts to the prevention and management of obesity.
  • Identify local, regional and national policies that impact patients and families related to obesity.
