STEP 1: CREATE YOUR LEARNER PROFILE

• Create your username (we suggest using your email address) 
• Enter your email address 
• Create your password (password must contain at least one uppercase character and at least one digit, and must be at least 7 characters in length) 

STEP 2: ENTER YOUR NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION

• Select your prefix
• Enter your name and address 

STEP 3: ENABLE YOUR CME CREDIT TYPE

• Indicate if you are a clinical health care professional.
• If yes,  
  • Select enrollment type, specialty, and medical degrees 
  • Enter medical degrees as they should appear on certificate  
  • If applicable, select board, enter board ID, and month and day of birth (year is not required) 
• Answer CAPTCHA question  

STEP 4: SELECT “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”
