             a.        An umbrella term for both chemical and thermal ablation techniques

             b.        Provide alternative to surgery for symptomatic or malignant thyroid lesion.

2.        Review indications and evidence for Thyroid MIT

3.        Discuss bridging the gap/chasm from early innovation to broad acceptance and the implications for equity in accessing novel MIT for thyroid structural disease.
