Week 4: Conducting your Needs Assessment and Practicing Affirming Care Approaches

This week, we will discuss guidelines for affirmative care practices outlined in the Healthcare Equity Index and the National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Care Services in order to shape and inform each team’s assessment of their own organization’s practices.
