- Home Study/Enduring Sessions: Anemias, Porpyrias, Red Cell Enzymes, Clotting, Cellular Morphology and Liquid Biopsies (4.00 hours)
- Live Session 1: Iron Deficiency, Hemoglobinopathies, Hemolytic Anemia, Hemophias, Transfusion Medicine and Platelet Alloimmunization (9.00 hours)
- Live Session 2: Sickling Disorders, Consumptive Thrombohemorrhagic Disorders, Bone Marrow Failfure, White Cell Disorders, DIC, HIT, VITT, Ischemic Limb Gangrene, ITP Drug-Induced Thrombocytopenia, ABO Incompatibility, Hematopoietic Transplantation and Hematologic Complications of Pregnancy (8.75 hours)
Hematologic Malignancies Sessions:
- Live Session 3: Lymphomas, Multiple Myeloma, MGUS, ALL, CML, Plasma Cell Disorders, Myelodysplasia, Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia and Palliative Care (9.25 hours)
- Live Session 4: AML, Bone Marrow Transplantation, Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, CLL, Pharmacology and T Cell Therapies (9.25 hours)
Medical Oncology Sessions:
- Live Session 5: Head/Neck Cancer, Familial Cancer Syndromes, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Neuro-Oncology and Endocrine Malignancies (9.00 hours)
- Live Session 6: Renal Cell, Prostate, Bladder, Testicular, Ovarian, Endometrial Tumors, Melanoma, Carcinoid Tumors and Mesothelioma (10.00 hours)
- Live Session 7: GI Oncology, Pancreatic Cancer and Sarcomas (6.75 hours)

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via hemonc_inquiries@finaww.com. Registrations cannot be cancelled over the telephone.
- Cancellations received before June 1, 2025 are eligible for a refund of 100%, less a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between June 1, 2025 and July 20, 2025 are eligible for a refund of 50%, less a $50 processing fee.
- Tuition is not refundable after July 25, 2025.
- Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.
- Note: An attendee who does not cancel in writing and does not complete the course is still responsible for payment.
*GW and HEMONC Best Practices will not be responsible to reimburse you for airfare, airline booking fees, hotel reservations, ground transportation, travel insurance or any other travel expenses that you may have booked, in order to attend the live in-person course.
