Medicine Grand Rounds feature weekly topic and case-based presentations designed to provide faculty and trainees with up-to-date knowledge about timely issues in internal medicine.

  1. Describe at least three research projects currently underway by GW Department of Medicine faculty
  2. Explore lessons learned by academic medical researchers
  3. Describe one approach to structuring the research team to maximize productivity and publications among your mentees
  4. Define translational research and give one example of research being done in a neglected tropical disease
