Objectives: 

1. Understand the psychological implications of the terms heroism, duty and decency as they have been applied to medical workers in the COVID19 pandemic. 

2. Examine the recent phenomenon of anger at and compassion fatigue for the willfully unvaccinated and how that affects professionalism in the medical staff. 

3. Discuss strategies for coping with anger and frustration even while caring for such individuals.
