By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: ​

  1. Outline a framework that can be used during difficult conversations (e.g., trainee-faculty or co-worker-coworker interactions)​
  2. Describe the Advocacy-Inquiry model and how it can be used to promote communication.​
  3. Practice using the framework for conducting difficult conversations.
