1) Describe the pathophysiology of FSGS and the risk of recurrence after transplantation 
2) Explain how plasma exchange is used as treatment before and after transplantation
3) Summarize the role of plasma exchange along with other therapeutic interventions once FSGS recurrence is diagnosed
