At the conclusion of this educational activity, the participant should be able to:
1) Describe interventions (rapid turnaround time for hemoglobin S quantitation) that allowed better tailoring of RBC exchanges
2) Explain how changes in exchange parameters (FCR) affected patient ferritin and number of RBC units per procedures
3) Summarize how experience at CHOP may be applicable to our practice at CNH
