ForwardEndocrine Balance and Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration Therapy Symposium
September 19, 2024 to September 21, 2024
Grounded in the most recent and well-supported research, the Endocrine and BHRT Symposium will provide in-depth knowledge on the relationship between hormones and overall health, and identify effective ways in which clinicians can wield effective tools such as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to treat a variety of conditions. Through a diverse and engaging array of sessions and Q&A discussions, participants will complete the symposium equipped to properly implement this emerging and in-demand treatment option to relieve, and even prevent, unwanted aging symptoms.

Learning Objectives
After participating in this activity, learners will be able to:
- Assess laboratory tests including serum, blood, saliva, and urine; pros and cons of each testing modality will be discussed
- Recall the effects of testosterone replacement therapy on sexual, cognitive, cardiovascular and inflammatory function in men and women
- List some common misconceptions associated with thyroid disease and the scientific literature that supports new management
- Identify the signs and symptoms of estrogen and progesterone deficiency
- Discuss current literature regarding causes of HPA axis dysfunction
