Hematology Sessions:
- Home Study/Enduring Sessions: Anemias, Porphyrias, Red Cell Enzymes, Clotting and Cellular Morphology (4.00 hours)
- Live Session 1: Hemolytic Anemia, ITP Drug-Induced Thromboycytopenia, Consumptive Thrombohemorrhagic Disorders, Transfusion Medicine and Platelet Alloimmunization (9.00 hours)
- Live Session 2: Hemoglobinopathies, White Cell Disorders, Bone Marrow Failure, Sickle Cell Disease, DIC, Anti-PF4 Disorders and Hematologic Complications of Pregnancy (8.75 hours)
Hematologic Malignancies Sessions:
- Live Session 3: Lymphomas, CLL, ALL, CML, Plasma Cell Disorders, and MGUS (9.25 hours)
- Live Session 4: AML, Bone Marrow Transplantation, Myeloproliferative Neoplasms and Pharmacology (9.25 hours)

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via hemonc_inquiries@finaww.com. Registrations cannot be cancelled over the telephone.
- Cancellations received before June 1, 2024 are eligible for a refund of 100%, less a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between June 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024 are eligible for a refund of 50%, less a $50 processing fee.
- Tuition is not refundable after August 1, 2024.
- Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.
- Note: An attendee who does not cancel in writing and does not complete the course is still responsible for payment.
*GW and HEMONC Best Practices will not be responsible to reimburse you for airfare, airline booking fees, hotel reservations, ground transportation, travel insurance or any other travel expenses that you may have booked, in order to attend the live in-person course.
