Title: Quality Improvement Capstone

Objectives:
- Describe how resident-led quality improvement projects can address gaps in preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based prescribing in internal medicine practice.
- Identify patient-, clinician-, and system-level barriers that affect GLP-1 receptor agonist prescribing, colorectal cancer screening, and health maintenance for adult primary care populations.
- Discuss strategies for using EHR-based tools, workflow redesign, and team-based care to improve quality metrics, clinical outcomes, and equitable delivery of care in internal medicine settings.
