Offering a comprehensive, interactive, and clinically focused approach to cardiovascular education, the workshop will be led by Dr. Mark Houston, a nationally and internationally recognized expert educator.

Learning Objectives

After participating in this activity, learners will be able to:

 

  • Explain how to effectively managing hypertension, including individualized treatment approaches and strategies to overcome barriers to adherence.
  • Describe preventive and management strategies for hypertension, dyslipidemia, and coronary heart disease to optimize patient care.
  • Discuss integration of risk factor identification, preventive measures for conditions like hypertension and dyslipidemia, and timely interventions for established coronary heart disease.
