Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1.    Review the current classification and clinicopathologic spectrum of MPNST
2.    Recognize the key morphologic features of MPNST and apply practical histologic criteria in routine diagnostic practice 
3.    Identify common diagnostic pitfalls and major histologic mimics
4.    Apply an evidence-based immunohistochemical approach to the evaluation of suspected MPNST, including the utility and limitations of markers such as S100, SOX10, H3K27me3, and others
5.    Integrate molecular and epigenetic findings into diagnosis, including alterations involving NF1, CDKN2A/B, SUZ12, EED, TP53, and the diagnostic significance of PRC2 pathway inactivation
