At the conclusion of this educational activity, the participant should be able to:
1) Describe the process of converting the apheresis collection to manufactured product and how cell loss can occur
2) Explain how apheresis collection settings are different for gene therapy compared to other situations (e.g., inlet-anticoagulant ratio, collection preference, use of aspirin).
3) Summarize challenges of these cell collections and how multi-disciplinary coordination is crucial.
