  1. Identify the physiologic and anatomical criteria that disqualify patients from TF-TAVR and necessitate alternate access routes.
  2. Differentiate the different locations for alternate access TAVRs.
  3. Compare and contrast the risks and benefits of each alternate route to better formulate an anesthetic plan.
