Sexual Health and Cancer Survivorship
Cancer treatments often result in a multitude of side effects that can significantly affect the mental and physical wellbeing of patients. Although potential changes in the lives of cancer survivors are frequently discussed, sexual health is a topic that is often overlooked. The training session will cover essential information about the side effects of specific cancer treatments. It will also provide guidance on how to communicate potential changes to a patient's sexual health, as well as strategies for managing those challenges.
